My Top Favorites From the MN State Fair 2018
The Minnesota State Fair is 12 epic days of food, fun, culture… and shopping.
If you know anything about me, you know how much love I have for The Minnesota State Fair. I’m there first thing in the morning, and I don’t leave until after the fireworks at the end of the night. Yes, the fried food is amazing, but each and every year I look forward to seeing my favorite vendors, and finding new favs. This year, I wanted to share my favorites with you! (Note: These are not affiliate links, I don’t receive any commission for them. I’m just sharing them with you because I LOVE them)
Here’s a List of My Favs from 2018 MN State Fair:
Selina Vaughan Studios (www.selinavaughan.etsy.com): Selina makes handbags, and awesome accessories out of upcycled vintage seed sack handbags and accessories. I LOVE, love, love her bags. I Found her on the 2nd floor Grand Stand, and I'm hoping to see her again next year. www.selinavaughan.etsy.com
Lucy’s Toys (www.lucystoys.com): Hand-made thick and luscious blankets made by the sweetest woman from Alabama. She is an adorable woman who has spent many years putting love into her blankets and toys. Each blankets weighs 4 lbs, and it feels like you’re being hugged. You can definitely feel the love put into each and every one of them. These make amazing gifts for the holidays, new babies, weddings, you name it. She does do custom work, be prepared for southern charm! www.lucystoys.com
ZRS Fossils (www.zrsfossils.com): First Floor Grand Stand. I must admit, I’m a rock hound. I’ve run out shelving in my entire house, and my office building. But for those of you fellow rock hounds, ZRS Fossils will surely impress you. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. They always have very unique pieces at reasonable prices. www.zrsfossils.com
With Love From Russia: I love their Babushkas they have unique and special jewelry that is different from anywhere else. Shunghite, Charoite, and many other pieces you don’t see very often. Located in the International Bazaar, you won’t want to miss them!

Gator Cream: (www.smoothgator.com) Amazing pain relief cream. I’ve tried so many different ones, and this is the ONLY one that really works. I use their 60-second pain relief for aches and pains, and it can even help with migraines/headaches. If you don’t have this on hand, definitely worth the investment.

Wizard Motorcycle Cleaning Products (www.wizardproducts.com): I love all of their stuff, I literally bought gallons of it this year at the State Fair to stock up. If you've got a motorcycle, the motorcycle cleaning kit is great to have on your bike for while you’re on the road. Highly recommend any of their products.
Sunset Swings (www.sunsetswings.com) I couldn't resist getting one of these swings for my back yard. It's probably the most relaxing thing I've ever sat in. They don't have to sell them, they sell themselves. There were lines of people waiting just for a chance to sit in them at the State Fair. They are like floating in the air!
Natural Landscapes (www.stonefairyhomes.com) This local company makes the most ADORABLE stone fairy homes with little doors that you can open. I had to purchase another one this year for my yard. They also build beautiful stone formations and fountains for homes and businesses.
Minnesota really is the #1 State Fair in the country, and do go several times during the 12-day extravaganza. If you're ever in Minnesota during the 4th Thursday in August through Labor Day, I highly recommend you go and find your own favorites!
